On the drive home (8 hours from Clark NJ to Durham NC) I decided to tell Leigh about my plan. There is only so long you can keep something this special from your wife and the constant digs about my weight were wearing on me. I know Leigh would be very supporting, especially because it was being done by Whole Foods and that it was based on a 'whole plant' diet.
After a pit stop in Richmond VA and watching the Giants defeat the Packers we had made it home around 11pm. We were both exhausted and there was no time to watch the movie... So the start of the journey had to wait for one restful evening.
