28 Day Challenge?

For some reason I had to do our families food shopping solo... thinking back I recall that both my Leigh and Stella were in the car due to the fact that Stella was sleeping and we did not want to wake her up.
While wheeling around Whole Foods I noticed a flyer on 'The Engine 2 - 28 Day Challenge'. I grabbed one and read it and saw that the 'graduation date' was February 19th. Now February 19th is certainly an important day for me as this is my birthday.
So, while checking out I decided to take the leap of faith. I signed up for the program although I did not know what I was getting myself into...
